Manage all incoming calls and ensure all queries are handled promptly and efficiently
Maintain professional relationship and atmosphere at all times.
Analyse all guest requests received via telephone, email and chat service and recommend suitable options for all customers and assist to confirm all reservations.
Assist to make all room reservations and ensure maximize room revenue for all and ensure all reservation detail updates within required operating procedures.
Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.
Provide guidance and feedback to fellowteam members while keeping them motivated
Ensure a friendly work environment.
Identify new ways to optimize procedures.
Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
Assists with the checking in of guests as per existing Front Office policies and regulations.
Takes and relays messages to guests correctly and promptly
Provides requested information to callers
Greets people entering the hotel
Directs guests or any other visitors to the correct department
Deals with queries from both the public and hotel guests
Performs general administrative and clerical support.
Ensures that Reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times
Notifies the maintenance to transfer guests’ luggage to their assigned rooms
Assists in guests’ check-out and knows how to settle guests’ accounts either by cash or credit card
Informs guests of hotel and general information regarding meals , activities, etc
Offers wake up services, orders taxi transfers as and when required.
Adhere to Hotel’s standards, policies and procedures
Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the superiors
