Our client is an international AdTech company in Limassol is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSPs.
• Handle campaign setup, trafficking, and QA to ensure accurate delivery and tracking.
• Collaborate with account managers and R&D teams to translate business goals into measurable campaign strategies.
• Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and reporting issues across platforms.
• Work closely with Data and Product teams to validate data flows and ensure accurate revenue attribution.

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Xandr, MediaMath, or similar).
• Solid understanding of programmatic ecosystem fundamentals (DSPs, SSPs, RTB, attribution, pixels, tags).
• Proficiency with reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Located in Cyprus
• EU-citizenship 

Working hours:

The working days are Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour off (onsite job for people located in Limassol, for candidates located in Paphos, Nicosia, etc. hybrid working can be discussed).
