Our client is a Business Service Provider based in Limassol and are currently looking to recruit a Russian speaking Payment Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage all clients’ payments in crypto-currencies, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements;
• Record and categorize all crypto-transactions on clients’ brokerage accounts in the trading system 
• Verify payment requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies;
• Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs;
• Record and categorize all payments in the accounting system;
• Regular basis reconciliations with third parties;
• Regularly reconcile bank/ crypto-wallets statements with internal records to ensure accuracy;
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank/ crypto-wallets statements and accounting records;
• Liaise with banks, crypto-providers and financial institutions for transactions and inquiries;
• Search for new ideas and tools, as well as optimization of the processes.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and Treasury/Payments processing, payment service providers, and/or fintech companies;
• Experience in Payments of crypto-currencies
• Understanding of crypto-wallets, crypto-transactions
• Understanding the general parameters of the primary payment parameters: SEPA/ SWIFT transfers, etc.;
• Experience in the Big 4 (financial sector) will be an advantage;
• Exposure to payment regulatory frameworks;
• Good project management skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills: Relationship management and a good team player;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on execution;
• Analytical skills;
• Ability to solve problems;
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must;
• Fluency in Russian and English is required; other languages are considered an advantage
