Our client a Limassol based Service Provider to the Financial industry is looking to recruit an experienced creative C2B Solutions officer with a strong background in FX brokerage and banking/payment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a Forex broker, financial institution, PSP or banking solutions provider, managing C2B payment solutions and banking relationships supporting client deposits, withdrawals and payment flows.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the operational, commercial and technical side of C2B banking and payment solutions and knows how to work with banks, PSPs and payment providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop C2B banking and payment solutions for the brokerage.
• Manage relationships with banks, PSPs, payment processors and financial institutions.
• Source and evaluate new banking and payment solutions for client deposits and withdrawals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fees, limits and payment conditions with providers.
• Monitor payment performance, approval rates, transaction volumes and costs.
• Ensure smooth and efficient processing of client deposits and withdrawals.
• Coordinate onboarding of new banking/payment providers.
• Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Operations, Risk, IT and Sales teams.
• Identify payment issues and coordinate their resolution with providers.
• Monitor banking/payment risks and ensure solutions operate within company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking and payment partners.
• Continuously research new C2B solutions, alternative payment methods and banking opportunities across different markets.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management regarding banking and payment performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in C2B banking/payment solutions.
• Previous experience working for an FX/Forex broker is highly preferred and ideally required.
• Strong understanding of brokerage deposits, withdrawals and client payment flows.
• Proven experience managing banks, PSPs, payment processors and financial institutions.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of payment processing, transaction flows, fees, limits and settlement.
• Ability to identify suitable banking/payment solutions for different client markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple banking/payment relationships simultaneously.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Advantageous:

• Existing network of banks, PSPs and payment providers.
• Experience with multiple international markets.
• Experience with high-volume FX or CFD brokers.
• Knowledge of alternative payment methods and local payment solutions.
• Experience working with regulated financial businesses.
