A well-established international Bank based in Limassol.
Main responsibilities include:
• Organises, plans and operationally steers the overall day-to-day business activities of the Branch in accordance with the strategic goals and objectives of the Bank and in close collaboration with the Head Office
• Ensures achievement of the business results and targets on profitability and growth
• Participates in the preparation of banking strategies and policies
• Leads and coordinates business development plans for the expansion of the international network
• Maintains and strengthens relationship with existing international clients
• Oversees, develops and provides direction to the team of the Branch
Profile of the ideal candidate
• Holder of a University Degree in a Business related field
• At least 10 years of experience in a managerial position within a financial services organisation. Exposure in wealth management / international banking / servicing international clients will be considered an advantage
• Successful track record in business development
• Strong client management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dynamic, energetic and results driven
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Russian and / or Arabic will be considered an advantage.
• Computer literate (MS Office)
