We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer. He will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our client’s requests.
Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and provide immediate support.
He will contact clients via (phone, mail) and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
He will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on him to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
