|Brief Description of Role Sole 55 AEC Gp point of contact in Ay Nik. Responsible for: co-ordinating and managing the Ay Nik Community Learning Programme (CLP); co-ordinating, publicising and overseeing all courses run at the AEC; maintaining relationships with Ay Nik personnel to maximise participation; managing the AEC infrastructure day-to-day (including health and safety compliance); providing advice/ signposting to relevant 55 AEC staff; and assisting the Dhekelia AEC staff in support of other tasks as required, including support to ECDL/Functional Skills administration and delivery.|
|Responsible to Line Management Responsibility is to 2IC 55 AEC (Army Captain). The Countersigning Officer is OC 55 AEC. NB From Aug next year LM will be OiC Dhekelia on promotion to Captain.|

Functional Skills Literacy and Numeracy L2, ECDL. If not held, must have a realistic prospect of achievement within the first two months of employment (AEC support available).
Attend mandated training specified by 55 AEC/BFC and any other training recommended.
Experience of administration and customer service highly desirable.
