A successful business provider for corporate services and advisory in Cyprus is seeking a highly competent and experienced Russian-speaking Senior Corporate Administrator to join their team in Nicosia. In addition to the relevant technical skills and experience, the ideal candidate will have a confident, proactive and dynamic personality and the ability to multi-task, take initiative and manage tasks effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who likes to work in a fast-paced environment, tackle new challenges and ultimately take-on a managerial role.



  • Work with the Company’s corporate documents; preparation of necessary documentation such as acceptances, resignations, instruments and resolutions
  • Assist with the opening and maintaining of bank accounts
  • Manage clients’ files, drafting, filing, archiving, labelling and photocopying
  • Assist the Compliance Officer with the reviews and updates of companies’ profiles
  • Work with the Registrar of Companies, I.R.D, and filling out relevant forms
  • Act as a nominee director/shareholder/secretary when (and if) necessary for the Cypriot companies under administration
  • Organize work with the other nominees
  • Liaise with clients over the telephone, via e-mails, etc.
  • Sort incoming correspondence and organizing and sending outgoing post
  • Preparation of documents and forms for Cyprus Company formations and maintenance of statutory records
  • Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Assistance in the filling of annual accounts/audits



  • Prior experience with an administrative services provider is required (more than 3 years)
  • Fluency in Russian and English is a must (written and spoken); Fluent Greek is considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of corporate services procedures (incl. drafting of documents, preparation of documents related to company’s registration and other administrative support)
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to work with customers and be customer-focused
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deal with complicated tasks
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task performance and be result-oriented, attention to details
  • Eligible to work in Cyprus/EU countries
