On behalf of our Client, a leading and international Audit and Accounting firm based in Limassol and Nicosia, we are currently seeking to recruit an ACA/ACCA trainee. The successful candidate will be provided training contracts to train and become either chartered accountants (ACA) or chartered certified accountants (ACCA). The training programs include structured learning through approved training organisations and job training in a rapidly expanding professional firm that takes pride in its reputation for providing professional services of the highest standard.   • Ensure monthly consultant invoices are completed as required with expense report, supporting expense documentation, consultant monthly time sheet and submitted to finance for payment processing
  • Process the monthly payroll
  • Assist in the process of the month-end closing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist the Finance Manager with routine money transfers as required
  • Assist in the monthly reconciliation of financial transactions
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately entered into a transaction log and posted on the accounting system with review for any necessary corrections
  • Ensure consultant contracts and required documentation is organised, accurate, complete and filed
  • Maintain staff and consultant human resource database, ensuring required supporting documentation is complete, accurate and updated
  • Oversees work related to procurement, billing and receipt of income from various services, operational travel program, procurement monitoring and evaluation of vendor contracts/payment to vendors and individual contractors for services
  • Manage petty cash, purchases, purchase receipts/invoices, collecting quotations where required, organize and file corresponding documentation for accounting
  • Collect, review, and organise all documentation related to administration



  • University Graduates with excellent academic qualification University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/ or a related field
  • Would like to commence or have already commenced the ACCA/ACA program
  • Experience in Audit or Accounting is required for the Semi-Senior position
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English and Greek
  • Must be detail oriented, obtain organisational skills and high level of accuracy
