Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our Client is a leading investor in Real Estate Portfolios and due to their expansion, they are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager based in Nicosia. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Sales Consultants covering the regions of Nicosia, Larnaca and Ammochostos.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, control, coordinate and train the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and maximize efficiency in the sales process
  • Ensure the team is constantly seeking the appointment of new local agents, maintaining regular contact with active agents, adhering to the agreed visit frequency and ensuring effective co-operation to maximise the number of potential buyers referred by agents
  • Manage real estate asset offers and communicate them with the management
  • Continually monitor asking prices and sales strategy
  • Assist in the timely disposal of the assets
  • Monitor performance of the Sales Consultants and report on metrices
  • Oversee and ensure effective follow up procedure for prospective buyers, timely and proper update of the CRM by the Sales Consultants
  • Prepare progress and status reports (sales, agents) to be presented to the Management
  • Contribute to the development of the yearly sales budget and work towards its achievement
  • Facilitate effective co-ordination with the Closing Team for the necessary sales documentation preparation
  • Report on sales progress to the Head of Real Estate and Sales Head

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 5+ years’ professional experience in a real estate related organization / similar position
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, third party agents and portfolio performance monitoring
  • Commercially oriented and business acumen
  • Impeccable integrity and ethical standards
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Ability to build trusted working relationships at all levels and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines, solutions-oriented and focused on delivering results
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English and Greek, both verbal and written, and highly effective communication skills
