Front Office Receptionist – LIMASSOL



  • At least 3 years experience as a receptionists, secretary, sales with the below mentioned responsibilities
  • Diploma in secretarial studies or in a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and verbal)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of ERP programs (i.e. Microsoft NAV, SAP)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong sales skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, administrative, & time management skills
  • Professional approach and appearance
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Hard working person with desire to learn
  • Demonstrate confidentiality and professional discretion at all times


  • Answer incoming calls and take orders from customers
  • Preparation of invoices via ERP program
  • Customer service such as shop sales, etc.
  • Knowledge of company’s products in order to support customer service
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail & deliveries
  • Other secretarial tasks to support the management team
  • Working Hours: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/ Friday 08:00-13:00 & 15:00-18:00 (winter) & 16:00-19:00 (summer) & Wednesday: 08:00-13:00 & Saturday: 09:00-13:00
