Our client, one of the leading Construction and Development companies in Cyprus, responsible for many of the island’s landmark developments, is looking for an Accountant to join their team and will be based in Nicosia. 

Responsibilities: 

• Input of accounting entries
• Review and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Review and reconciliation of supplier and customer statements
• Perform supplier payments
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of management accounts
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register

Requirements: 

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any other related field
• At least four years’ experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy, with excellent MS Office and software learning capabilities
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken

Benefits: 

• The client is offering a salary of up to 25k gross/ year based on experience, skills and qualifications
