LSTS has been established in 2010 in Limassol, Cyprus by three founding partners, Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA). All partners of LSTS, prior to joining the Firm had more than 10 years of experience in the fields of audit, tax, legal and accounting through prior employment in Big 4 firms.

LSTS is a member of ICPAC with registration number E467/A/2013.
