Our client is one of the leading Oil and Gas companies and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Accountant for their offices in Limassol 

Responsibilities:

• Transactional accounting of Cyprus group companies including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing documentation required by the Auditor.

Qualifications Required: 

• ACCA qualified or partly qualified .
• Ideally coming from the Top4 and on the Manager / Senior Manager Level
• Fluent English and Greek with Russian a very strong plus 
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Salary: 

• Salary based on experience from 40,000 to 50, 000 (some flexibility based on profile).

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
