Our client, a Law Firm in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Marketing Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and team to execute impactful strategies across digital and traditional channels. Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of large international corporate clients
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels;
• Social Media Management: Create and schedule content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility;
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights;
• Website Management and SEO Optimization: Maintain and update the firm’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is SEO-
• optimized and performance is tracked through Google Analytics and Google Console;
• Articles scheduling and management: content writing on the non-technical, non-legal front (biographies, press releases, announcements etc), coordination with content writers-lawyers-consultants and online platforms (Lexology, Mondaq and others);
• Newsletter: content writing, creation & send – off ;
• Legal directories submissions: – Cooperation with Marketing Manager for planning and executing Legal submission in major
• International Legal directories (Legal500, Chambers & Partners and others);
• Support events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
• Marketing background experience with 2+ years of experience working in a similar role and similar service industries;
• Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Hootsuite & Mailchimp is essential;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and other digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Console, Canva etc);
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence (project management tools) will be considered as an advantage;
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Working Hours: 

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:00 (onsite).
