JOB DETAIL

Our client, a Satellite Communication Services Company in Limassol, is looking for a proactive, highly organised Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced, dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management team.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the Management team, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls professionally.
  • Maintain and update schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize and manage confidential files, records, and documents.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Basic accounting skills is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and spoken English skills are essential.

 

Benefits: 

  • The company is offering a salary of 1,500 – 1,700 Euros gross per month based on skills and experience x 14th salaries, plus Cafeteria
  • Allowance of 85 euro per month and provident fund at 3% after the first 6 months of probation period.

 

Working Hours: 

The working hours are 08:30 – 17:30, with a 1-hour of lunch break (onsite).
