Job Description – Banking Officer
Position Overview:
The Banking Officer will manage the end-to-end onboarding process of new Banks and EMIs and support all ongoing administrative aspects relating to documentation and ongoing maintenance of the banking portfolio. This role would involve working collaboratively with the operational and business units within the organization to ensure efficient onboarding practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a similar role or onboarding-focused role within the financial services industry.
Experience and knowledge of payment industry regulations, standards, and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience working with Banks and EMIs and an understanding of industry trends and potential challenges.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and contract management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields, will be considered a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
