Do you want to be part of the team? We are looking for a Deputy Store Manager for our store in Limassol for a full-time position!

The position

In short, the entire store is in your hands, that is, yours and the Manager’s! You organize and make the store better, you contribute to achieving our goals. You have your own team and you’re constantly developing it. And of course, you are the customers’ favourite person.

• You’re the right hand of the Store Manager and it’s your collaboration that makes your store brilliant. 
• Everything runs like clockwork thanks to you: the store shines, our products are fresh, the shelves are full, the customer experience is always a positive one.
• Labor work doesn’t scare you at all! You know that you will need to support the team and carry or arrange goods, boxes, pallets or crates where they belong.
• The team is flying! And you contribute to it too: you’re there to organize it, guide it and help so that everything is easier, better, faster.
• Financial management, KPIs, and inventories? They don’t scare you and you always keep them in mind.

Are you what we’re looking for?

Let’s go through the basics:

• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.
• Extra points if you have worked in Retail before.
• You have a driver’s license.
• You speak good English. You do not need to speak Greek! 
• Technology doesn’t scare you, on the contrary it helps you make your job easier.

Above all you know how to work with teams. You have a clear business mindset and understand what our next goals might be and how we can achieve them by offering the best possible shopping experience, based on kindness and friendliness. “Kindness costs nothing but it’s worth everything” is your motto. Your schedule is flexible and open to varying shifts. You can make quick decisions and solve challenges.

What we offer

• Starting monthly gross salary of €1,610. However, our plan is designed for up to 1 year, after which you will reach €1,700 gross for full-time employment.
