Our client is a Medical Technology Company in Limassol is looking to hire a Marketing Manager.
 
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager based in Limassol, Cyprus who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s services.  

The role includes overseeing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, leading branding initiatives, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective communication strategies that align with the organization’s mission and business objectives. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Website and E-shop: Update and manage website content, correct bugs and ensure effective implementation of SEO practices and relevant keywords. AI optimization knowledge would be considered an advantage. 
• Partnership Marketing Packages: Create and manage the marketing content and materials provided to the international network of clinic partners and centres. Ensure the partners follow established branded protocols and successfully implement the required marketing material (signage, uniforms, leaflets, etc.)
• Conferences: Create ticketing systems on the website, prepare marketing booths and branding, prepare promotional gift bags and lanyards, prepare the marketing campaigns for the conferences, and prepares sponsorship packs
• Branded Gift Boxes: Prepare creative gift boxes for international patients, doctors who join our membership program and for new partners receiving their initial marketing package. 
• Brochures and graphic content:  Coordinate with our graphics designers to ensure all brochures and branded material remain updated, consistent and up to date
• Clinic and Company Signage: Coordinate the development and implementation of signage in line with the brand guidelines.
• Prepare and coordinate all marketing materials for clinics, international conferences and workshops (print, digital, video)
• Collaborate with designers and vendors in the production of leaflets, patient materials, and educational brochures
• Coordinate newsletter and email marketing campaigns
• Manage and organize the logistics of marketing assets before and during conferences and other events. 
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree would be considered an advantage. 
• Demonstrated experience leading a marketing function and taking ownership of its strategy, execution and performance.
• Experience operating and managing marketing activities on an international scale.
• Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Content Creation
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
• Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and ROI assessment
• Experience in branding, public relations, and corporate communications
• Ability to manage projects, lead teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partner including designers and vendors. 
• Analytical mindset coupled with creativity and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without close supervision. 
• Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented — you take initiative, not just instructions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages would be considered an advantage. (i.e. German or Russian).
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel internationally for conferences and workshops
• Genuine interest in contributing and being part of a mission-driven, high-growth medical organization. 
• Based in Limassol 

Working Hours: 

Working arrangements: The working day is eight hours, with a flexible starting time between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and a 30-minute break.

Reasonable flexibility may occasionally be required depending on business needs, international meetings, conferences and events.
