One of our clients in Limassol, a well-established IT Consultancy Company, is looking for a Junior IT Officer in Limassol, Cyprus.

The Junior IT professional will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, ensuring network security, and assisting in the resolution of technical support issues.

The role also involves supporting customers with their technical needs and providing excellent customer service while contributing to the overall IT operations of the company.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Network Administration and general Information Technology practices
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Basic knowledge of Network Security in a business environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate technical details effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in an IT support or junior IT role is an advantage
• Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges
• Fluent Greek and English language skills

Working Hours:

The working hours are 0830 – 1300, 1400 – 1730 but could be flexible as well (onsite role)
