Our client is an established Brokerage based in Limassol are they are currently looking to recruit a highly experienced and hands-on Head of IT to take full ownership of our technology infrastructure in a demanding Forex/FinTech environment. The successful candidate  will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and scalable systems, supporting uninterrupted trading operations, and aligning IT with business objectives and reporting directly to the CEO and COO.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administrate and manage MT4/MT5 trading infrastructure (setup, optimization, troubleshooting)
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity and access control policies
• Lead and manage IT team and external vendors
• Monitor systems, handle incidents, and ensure 24/7 operational readiness
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and internal IT setup
• Manage company hardware and office IT infrastructure
• Optimize performance, reliability, and IT costs
• Collaborate with all company departments, including Dealing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and Customer Support

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of IT experience in Forex / FinTech environments
• Strong hands-on expertise with MT4/MT5 infrastructure
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and system reliability
• High ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English
• No visa restrictions; eligible to work in Cyprus
• Available to work from the office in Limassol (5 days per week)
