Our client, a Technology Solutions Company to the forex industry in Limassol, is looking for an IT Support Officer. Activities of the company include innovative technological solutions to clients from the financial sector, such as development of software system (reporting system for managing operations), affiliates tracking system/ optimization, CRM system for utilization of resources and client, DEVOPS, Data Management, Digital Enterprise Solutions, Quality Assurance, Intech, Marketing Automation and Content Management. This company is supporting a number of brands. The ideal candidate will join a fast-growing IT environment and will have extensive networking and systems administration skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Configuring new users;
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

Requirements:

• 1-year hands-on experience;
• Experience in Windows operation systems;
• Experience with PC and Mac hardware, Printers and Computer peripherals;
• Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol;
• Proven experience and knowledge in Microsoft server infrastructures and Microsoft OS installations
• Availability to work in dynamic working hours;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Greek skills are an advantage;
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
• Knowledge of Google G Suite Products will be considered an advantage; 

The working hours are:

Monday – Thursday 09:00- 18:00 or 10:00 -19:00 or 11:00- 20:00 with one (1) hour break. 

Friday 09:00 – 15:00 or 12:00-18:00 with half-hour break (30 minutes). 

Working shifts are applicable on a weekly rotation basis.
