Our client is a Technology Company in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a Russian-speaking Software Development Team Lead Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s software development department.
• Architect and design software solutions aligned with project requirements and business objectives.
• Oversee development processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating them to improve development processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with project manager and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Take responsibility for all technical decisions, ensuring code security and robustness.
• Organize and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Analyse and resolve technical challenges, making critical decisions to ensure the success of the company’s products and applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers effectively.
• Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
• Full-stack development experience.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Background in the FinTech industry is a plus.
• Experience with payment system integrations is a plus.
• Publicly available code examples or contributions (e.g., GitHub, portfolio) is a plus.

Located in Limassol.

Working hours: 

The working hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (onsite job)
