Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client, a Corporate Services Company in Limassol, is looking to hire a Secretary/ Receptionist.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Phone management
  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Dealing with messengers, international couriers and other associates
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies, Certifying Officers, and other local regulatory authorities
  • Petty Cash Management and Reconciliation
  • Office Supply Control
  • Other duties as may be assigned by Management

 

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience in an accounting/law/corporate services office
  • A Secretarial Studies diploma/certificate will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English (this is a MUST) – Knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook

 

Working Hours:

  • The working hours are 08:30-13:00 & 13:45-17:30 (Mon – Thu) and 09:30-14:00 on Fridays.
  • Part-time employment would also be acceptable (e.g. 08:30–14:00).
  • This is onsite job.
