The ideal candidate will have proven experience in residential construction projects, deep knowledge of Cyprus construction laws and processes, and the ability to manage site operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations on residential construction sites.
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved designs, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor compliance with Cyprus construction laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and site records.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges on site.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Support the project management team with cost control, scheduling, and client updates.

Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in residential construction projects.
• ETEK license (Engineering Council of Cyprus) is mandatory.
• Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in engineering and construction-related software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or other applicable tools).
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus construction laws, regulations, and processes.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
